This STOTT PILATES® reformer manual describes every exercise at an intermediate level step by step. Each exercise is illustrated with a detailed photo showing the starting position and the subsequent movements. The manual contains 93 exercises and 97 variations that increase or decrease the challenge of each exercise. The book is a deepening of the STOTT PILATES® Manual – Essential Reformer. Exercises with reformer accessories, such as the foot bar, reformer loop straps, footstrap and sitting box, are also included in the manual.
The reformer manual contains 162 pages laminated with sustainably sourced Mylar Matte Lamination. The pages are printed with vegetable-based inks containing low VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds). The manual is also printed on FSC-certified paper (Forest Stewardship Council). This is an international non-profit organization dedicated to forest conservation and management. The pages are uncoated, allowing for annotation. Furthermore, the reformer manual is bound, making it easy to write on the pages.
