Yoga-Pilatesshop.nl makes every effort to provide you with comprehensive information about our products on our website. If an item doesn't meet your expectations, it can be exchanged or returned.

Returns

You have a cooling-off period of 14 days to return the product without giving reasons, starting from the day of receipt of the product. You have another 14 days from the moment of the return notification to send the product back. The product can only be returned unused and in its original packaging.

The return costs for the order are at your own expense. You can choose to arrange a return label yourself via a carrier of your choice. In that case, no additional return costs will be deducted by us from the amount to be refunded.

Would you prefer to use our return label? Then click the button below the return costs to easily request a label from us. The return costs are €6.95 for packages from the Netherlands and €7.95 for packages from Belgium. These costs will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

We will credit the remaining amount within 14 days of receiving the return shipment.

Pilates equipment

Do you wish to return Pilates equipment within 14 days? Please contact our customer service as soon as possible. Our customer service team will provide you with the correct return address and further instructions to ensure the return process runs smoothly and efficiently.
 
The entrepreneur will reimburse all payments made by the consumer, including any delivery costs charged by the entrepreneur for the returned product, without delay, but within 14 days following the day on which the consumer notified them of the withdrawal. Unless the entrepreneur offers to collect the product themselves, they may withhold reimbursement until they have received the product or until the consumer proves they have returned the product, whichever is the earliest. The entrepreneur will use the same payment method used by the consumer for the reimbursement, unless the consumer agrees to a different method. Refunds are free of charge for the consumer.
