Shipping within the Netherlands
Shipping costs for packages delivered in the Netherlands can vary per package. The cheapest option is a letterbox package with track and trace, allowing you to track the package. The rate for this is €4.95. For packages that do not fit through the letterbox, a rate of €5.95 applies (DHL and DPD). You will always receive a track and trace code via email. Therefore, keep a close eye on your mailbox and check your spam folder.
Ordering more than €75? Then shipping is free within the Netherlands.
Shipping to Belgium
Orders shipped to Belgium are always sent via parcel post so that a track & trace code is available. The shipping costs for this are €6.95. These packages are always sent via DPD.

Shipping within Europe
Orders outside the Netherlands and Belgium are shipped free of charge from €150. If your order is under €150, the shipping costs depend on the country. The shipping rates are displayed as soon as the correct delivery address has been entered. The shipping costs per country are shown at the bottom of the page. When you place an order, the correct shipping costs will be automatically displayed.

Shipping Pilates equipment
The above shipping rates are in many cases excluded from the Pilates equipment such as reformers, full cadillacs, half Cadillacs, combo chairs and ladder barrelsIt is also stated for these products that different shipping rates (& delivery conditions) apply. We only deliver Pilates equipment in the Netherlands and Belgium.
Separate delivery and installation rates apply to Pilates equipment. These rates are the same for the Netherlands and Belgium. When ordering Pilates equipment, you can choose from the following options:
1. Pick up yourself | € 0.-
You can pick up your order for free at our warehouse in Hilvarenbeek. Pick-up is by appointment only. Please email us in advance to arrange a suitable time.
2. Delivery to the front door | €150
The equipment is delivered to the front door or the first threshold.
The delivery will be carried out by one person. The driver will arrive alone. Therefore, assistance is required with unloading the equipment. The equipment will not be carried further inside.
3. Doorstep delivery | €180
The equipment is delivered to the front door and over the first threshold.
The delivery will be carried out by 1 driver. The driver will arrive alone. Therefore, assistance is required with unloading. Assistance is also required to carry the equipment over the threshold into the building. The equipment will not be taken further into the desired room.
4. Standard installation | € 350.-
The equipment or reformer is brought to the desired location and installed by us.
The installation is performed by one person. Therefore, assistance is required with unloading and lifting to the desired room. The equipment will be brought to the desired room, provided that this room is accessible and the equipment can be brought there in a normal manner. We will install the equipment at the desired location. We request assistance with moving and positioning the reformer(s).
5. Complete installation | € 595.-
With the complete installation, we take as much of the moving and installation off your hands as possible. Delivery and installation are carried out by two people.
The equipment or reformer is brought to the desired location, provided that the space is accessible and the equipment can be brought there in a normal manner. We install the equipment at the desired location.
Packaging materials and waste are taken away by us.
Good to know
The stated rates apply to the delivery of Pilates equipment in the Netherlands and Belgium. An additional surcharge may apply in some situations for multiple reformers or pieces of equipment. We will discuss this in advance if applicable.
In all mentioned amounts, Yoga-Pilatesshop also pays a portion of the shipping costs.
