COMPLAINT


 

It's unfortunate if you have a complaint about the service you've experienced. However, we kindly ask that you submit your complaint to our customer service department by email. You can do this by email, regular mail, and/or phone. Our customer service team will review your complaint and try to resolve it to everyone's satisfaction.

Upon receipt of your complaint, you will receive a confirmation from us. We will respond to your complaint within 14 days of receipt; should more time be required, we will inform you accordingly. If you do not find this satisfactory, you can also contact the mediation department of Stichting Webshop Keurmerk, with which Yoga-Pilatesshop.nl is affiliated. Should the mediation attempt for any reason not lead to a satisfactory solution, you have the option to submit your dispute to the Disputes Committee (SGC).
