STOTT PILATES® Manual – Essential Reformer
This STOTT PILATES® reformer manual provides step-by-step instructions for every basic and essential exercise on the reformer. Each exercise is illustrated with detailed photos showing the starting position and subsequent movements. The manual includes 66 exercises and 97 variations that increase or decrease the challenge of each exercise. Perfect for those teaching beginners. All reformer accessories, such as the foot bar, reformer loop straps, footstrap and sitting box, are described in the manual.
The reformer manual contains 110 pages laminated with sustainably sourced Mylar Matte Lamination. The pages are printed with vegetable-based inks with low VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) content. The manual is also printed on FSC-certified paper (Forest Stewardship Council). This is an international non-profit organization dedicated to forest conservation and management. The pages are uncoated, allowing for note-taking. The reformer manual is also bound, making it easy to write on the pages.
