This Moon Eclipse yoga mat is made of cork, a natural material. Its rubber backing prevents the mat from shifting during your exercises. The mat is 4 mm thick, providing excellent cushioning while taking up minimal space. The top layer is made of cork and the natural, renewable bark of the cork tree. The tree from which the cork is harvested every nine years, creating a naturally impermeable, water-repellent, and durable surface for the yoga mat.
The yoga mat is known for its antimicrobial properties, meaning it's self-cleaning and prevents the growth of mold, bacteria, and odors. The mat maintains excellent grip even when wet. This makes it ideal for yoga, sports, and Pilates exercises, but it's also perfect for active and Bikram Yoga. Its thickness and high density make it suitable for both beginners and advanced athletes.
The mat includes a carrying strap (made of cotton), so you can easily take the yoga mat with you anywhere.

Maintenance instructions
We recommend not scrubbing the mat too often, as this can damage the surface. The cork yoga mat has self-cleaning properties. This means it's antibacterial, rot-resistant, and perfectly absorbs sweat and odor. If odors do remain, we recommend wiping the mat with a damp cloth and then air-drying it. Allow the mat to air-dry before storing, as this can damage the mat.
Caution! Do not use harsh chemicals and do not put the mat in the washing machine or dryer! This can damage the mat.
