Modular Step Barrel and Arc
The Align-Pilates Modular Step Barrel (also known as a 'spine corrector') is a further development of the Step Barrel with removable poleThe Modular Step Barrel makes it easier to improve posture by lengthening and strengthening the muscles in your back, feet, and shoulders.
This Spine Corrector fits easily over the shoulder rests of all Align-Pilates reformers. This allows you to use the Step Barrel on both a reformer and the floor. For floor use, the Spine Corrector features a non-slip base and can be used in conjunction with the 81 cm pole (this is not included) for additional training options!
The Arc is also removable (as is the locking mechanism), allowing them to be used independently. This creates an alternative curvature to the standard Arc. Finally, this Step Barrel features three eyelets on each side for use with resistance bands for resistance exercises, further expanding the functionality of this versatile piece of equipment.
