Do you want to get even more out of your Jumpboard Want to get out of Balanced Body? With the Springboard Push-Through Bar, you add a whole new dimension to your workouts.
This optional extension makes it possible to perform classic Pilates exercises and functional strength training that are not possible without a Push Through Bar. Thanks to the flexible attachment along the vertical rails, you can easily create new training angles and movement patterns for an even more versatile workout.
From controlled Pilates movements to challenging strength and mobility exercises: the possibilities are virtually endless.
More variety, more challenge
The Push-Through Bar is made of anodized aluminum and can be easily attached to your existing Springboard. You do not need to remove or modify the Springboard to do this. The included mounting brackets and fixing materials ensure that you can get started immediately.
The bar can be used in three different positions, allowing you to add more variety to your exercises and adapt the training to different levels and needs.
The set comes with the Push-Through Bar and two springs. You can choose red springs with medium resistance or blue springs with light resistance.
