The Split-Pedal Stability Chair™ from Merrithew® is a multifunctional Pilates machine that can be adjusted to work most muscle groups. This sturdy machine helps the user strengthen the upper and lower body, increase stability, and improve body control. Ideal for rehabilitation clients or those who need to maintain a seated or upright position. It helps rebalance muscles and provides a full-body workout. The Pilates chair also facilitates high-performance exercises for athletes and fitness enthusiasts.
