The resistance band can be placed around your hands and/or feet to add resistance to your workout. It's important to remember that the band will retain its original shape, but don't overstretch it to prevent breakage, which could cause head or eye injuries. Do not stretch the resistance band more than four times its original length, which is a maximum of 15 feet (4.57 cm).
To clean the resistance band, simply wipe it with a diluted mixture of water and mild soap. Make sure the band is completely dry before using it again. It's also best to keep the resistance band away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
