The Box's extra height helps with optimal sitting positions, allows for a greater range of motion for the torso, arms, and legs, and facilitates a variety of exercises in sitting or lying positions. The Box can be used with all Merrithew® Reformer models but fits perfectly with the MPX and ONYX models. Now with an adjustable padded foot strap!
