Use and cleaning
You can clean your Pilates mat if necessary by spraying it with a spray bottle of water and wiping it with a clean cloth. Never use harsh or abrasive cleaning products on your mat. Let the mat dry unrolled. You can also clean the mat with a cloth soaked in detergent or soapy water. Then rinse with water and wipe with a clean, dry cloth. Do not store the mat until it is completely dry. Keep the mat out of direct sunlight as much as possible. Do not store objects on the mat to prevent indentations.
