This small Pilates block from Align-Pilates can be used for numerous exercises. The block offers varying depths, allowing for individual adjustments in difficulty. This block is made of EVA and TPE foam, giving the Align-Pilates small Pilates block softer cushioning than a full EVA block. The Pilates block has a medium firmness, making it suitable for seated exercises to provide good resistance. You can sit on the Pilates block to increase the difficulty of your exercise. You can also use this block to provide support under your head, allowing you to tuck your chin and relax your shoulders (and shoulder blades) during your exercise.
