Ped-o-Pull
Originally designed by Joseph Pilates, the Ped-o-Pull challenges core stability in a functional standing position. This classic, space-saving machine can be used with wall brackets for wall mounting or as a freestanding unit. We created the Kidney Base for Pilates alumnus Ron Fletcher. The Ped-o-Pull includes:
- Powder coated gray steel upright pole
- Two wall brackets to stabilize the unit 6 inches (15 cm) from the wall
- 2 Balanced Body Signature Springs (regular length, yellow)
- Neoprene handles
- Base is made of maple veneer hardwood, 4cm thick, with rounded edges for improved comfort
- Dimensions: Square base: 43cm x 43cm, Half-moon base: 57cm x 40cm
