For the thighs, try gently rolling over the ball while sitting or lying on the floor. For the shoulders and upper back, place the ball between your back and a wall or chair and roll over the ball. For the neck, take the ball in your hand and roll it over your neck. For even better results, use the massage balls in combination with a foam roller.
