The massage balls are easy to carry because they are small and lightweight. The massage ball set consists of three 6.5 cm balls with three different firmness levels. If you want to use the massage balls for recovery, you can use them progressively. You can also use the different firmness levels for different parts of your body, such as your feet, neck, and back.
How can I best use the massage balls?
First, choose a suitable hardness and roll the ball around on the area you want to massage.
For your back and glutes, start in a sitting position and place the ball between your back and a chair or wall. Then roll the ball up and down.
For your calves and thighs, sit or lie on the floor and place the ball between you and the floor. Then try to roll gently on the ball.
For your shoulders or upper back, place the ball between your back/shoulders and a wall while standing. Try moving up and down so the ball rolls.
For your neck, roll the ball between your neck and your hand. This is also the same technique as for your arms.
