When you use the mat for the first time, it may feel sharp. Therefore, it can be helpful to wear clothing for the first time. After the first use, the sensations will settle down quite quickly, so after a few uses, you can use the mat without clothing. We recommend using the mat on a soft surface, such as a bed. This way, the mat conforms nicely to your body.
Can you wash the nail mat?
The nail mat is definitely washable! Remove the coconut fiber filling through the zipper. The outer cover can be hand washed at a maximum temperature of 30 degrees.
