The F3 belongs to the Light Commercial line from Align-Pilates and is built to commercial standards. This makes the reformer suitable for intensive home use as well as professional use for up to 20 teaching hours per week within the light commercial warranty. Featuring the same high-quality Korean nickel music-wire springs as the professional Align reformers, you benefit from precise and progressive resistance. The configuration consists of:

• 2 strong springs
• 1 medium spring
• 1 light spring

This combination makes the reformer suitable for both beginners and advanced users and offers a wide variety of resistance and training intensity.
