About data processing
Below you will find a description of how Yoga-pilatesshop processes your data, where it is stored, what security techniques we use, and who has access to the data.
Web forms
On our website, you'll find several web forms where we ask you to enter personal information, such as your (company) name, address, email address, (mobile) phone number, and payment information. We use this information solely for the purpose for which you provided it: to process your order and keep you informed of its progress.
Customer account and newsletter
You can create a customer account and subscribe to the newsletter. The information you provide will only be used to ensure that, if you have a customer account, you don't have to re-enter your information for future orders and that you have access to your order history.
By subscribing to our newsletter, you'll stay informed about website developments, special offers, and promotions. You can request us to cancel your customer account or newsletter subscription by email. You can also unsubscribe from our newsletter by using the unsubscribe link in the newsletter.
Client management and invoicing
Our customer data is stored in the CRM of our web store software and then only used for administrative purposes.
For our regular business email traffic, we use Roundcube's services, which were recommended to us by our web agency Ditisabc. These parties have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent misuse, loss, and corruption of your and our data as much as possible. We treat all our email traffic confidentially.
Web hosting and database
Our online store is developed with Magento software, and we have chosen Ditisabc for our web hosting. Ditisabc has access to any personal data you provide to us for the purposes of our services to provide us with (technical) support. They will never use your data for any other purpose. Ditisabc is obligated to implement appropriate security measures under our agreement with them. These security measures include SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Regular backups are made to prevent data loss here Ditisabc's privacy policy.
We purchase web hosting and email services from DitisABC and Roundcube. DitisABC and Roundcube process personal data on our behalf and do not use your data for their own purposes. However, these parties may collect metadata about the use of their services. This is not considered personal data. Magento, Ditisabc, and Roundcube have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent the loss and unauthorized use of your personal data. Magento, Ditisabc, and Roundcube are obligated to maintain confidentiality under their confidentiality agreements.
Purpose of data processing

Yoga-pilatesshop also offers dropshipping. This means they don't have some of the products they offer in stock. Therefore, to fulfill the agreement, it's necessary to share your data with third parties who will then process your order. This is referred to as "processing" in the General Data Protection Regulation. We have agreements in place with these third parties regarding the collection and use of your personal data (processing agreements). Yoga-pilatesshop never shares data with third parties for their marketing purposes without your knowledge and consent.
