A well-maintained reformer not only works more pleasantly but also lasts for years to come. Whether you run a studio or train at home, regular maintenance ensures your machine moves smoothly, doesn't make any annoying noise, and is always safe to use.

Are you noticing your reformer squeaking, creaking, or running rough? Then it's time for a service. At Yoga-Pilatesshop, we'll take care of everything for you. Our team of experienced technicians will visit you, perform the maintenance on-site, and make sure your machine feels like new again.

What does reformer maintenance entail?

Over time, parts of your reformer may show signs of wear or become loose due to heavy use. This is perfectly normal, but easily remedied. During maintenance:

  • Do we readjust or renew the wheels?
  • We ensure that your reformer is completely level again;
  • We clean the reformer thoroughly;
  • We tighten the nuts and bolts firmly;
  • We check and replace worn parts where necessary

This way you can extend the lifespan of your reformer and prevent small problems from developing into expensive repairs.

How much does a maintenance service cost?

We charge a fee for maintenance fixed rate of €90,- including VAT per device, regardless of how long the maintenance takes. In addition, we charge €0.23 per kilometer travel expenses from Haarlem (return trip).

During the maintenance service, we'll thoroughly inspect your reformer. If any parts need replacing, we'll always discuss this with you first. We never replace anything without consulting you.

Sometimes certain parts are still under warranty; in that case, they will be replaced free of charge.
If parts that are out of warranty need to be replaced, we will of course include this in the price quote. The price of replacement parts is therefore exclusive, but always transparent and negotiable.

Sample calculation:
You have a studio in Alkmaar with 4 reformers (4 × €90 = €360 + 35 km × €0.23 × 2 = €16.10). Your total costs are: €376.10
