The addresses you create will be retained if you've created your own account, so you can choose the delivery address each time you visit our webshop.

That might be true if you placed an order by letter and paid no more than €3.55 in shipping costs. The order will then be shipped by letter, and no track & trace code will be used (to keep shipping costs as low as possible).

Yoga towels are designed to provide extra grip and absorb sweat effectively and easily. For this reason, yoga towels have become an increasingly popular accessory lately. These yoga towels are used on top of a yoga mat. They're also easy and compact to take with you to gym classes, yoga sessions, or the studio. The Non-Slip Towel/Mat has a soft surface and silicone nubs on the underside to keep the towel securely in place.

Yoga mats usually have a standard thickness of 4 mm. A thicker yoga mat of 5 mm or more is especially recommended for Bikram, power, and Ashtanga yoga. We've categorized the thicknesses as follows:

1 – 3 mm: travel yoga mats 4 – 5 mm: standard yoga mat 6 – 7 mm: studio and pro yoga mats

There is no specific rule for determining the length or width of your yoga mat that you can use.

Standard yoga mats range in length from 1.72 m to 1.85 m. This length is generally long enough and offers sufficient space for people of average height. If you are very tall, you might consider buying a longer yoga mat.

The width of a yoga mat varies from 0.55 m to 0.80 m. When choosing a yoga mat, it's important that your body fits completely on it. Therefore, it's best to choose a yoga mat that's a few centimeters longer and wider than one that just barely fits you.

When choosing a yoga mat, the length and width are important. You can test this by: 

• If you're going to lie flat on the floor, have someone else measure you, both lengthwise and widthwise. The result is a good starting point for determining the correct length and width of your yoga mat.
• Buying a longer or wider yoga mat also affects its weight. If you transport your mat regularly, this is an important factor to consider when making your choice. It also requires more space for practicing and storing your yoga mat. 

For convenience, we have shown the dimensions below:

180 x 60 cm: Standard yoga mat 180 x 80 cm: Extra wide 200 x 60 cm: For tall people 180 x 66 cm: Extra wide for more space 215 x 66 cm: For tall people with extra space

The right yoga mat depends on the type of yoga you practice. There are many different styles of yoga, such as Hatha, Iyengar, Ashtanga, Bikram, Power, Raja, Kundalini, Prana Yoga, and many more. Not all yoga styles are the same; some are more dynamic than others. If you practice a dynamic style, you need a yoga mat that offers a combination of grip, stability, and comfort. 

If you sweat a lot, a mat that absorbs sweat well or a combination of a yoga mat and a yoga towel is best. Your choice will depend on whether you do a lot of standing exercises or whether you prefer to sit or lie down. If you do a lot of standing exercises, it's important to maintain good stability, grip, and contact with the ground. If you do a lot of sitting and/or lying exercises, a thicker yoga mat is preferable. A thicker yoga mat provides warmth and comfort while minimizing pinching during practice. The advantage of thinner yoga mats is that they offer more stability. 

Most yoga mats are between 4 and 6 mm thick. A thinner mat can be too hard for frequent lying and/or sitting exercises, and a thicker mat offers less stability. Other factors to consider when choosing a yoga mat include environmental friendliness, color, and material. These factors are personal, so the type of material and color you choose is a personal decision.
