Shipping & Delivery
Shipping costs in the Netherlands for items that fit through the letterbox are €1.96. For packages that don't fit through the letterbox, the cost is €4.95. Packages are shipped via PostNL, using track & trace. Packages sent to Belgium are currently €4.95. Yoga-pilatesshop also covers a portion of the shipping costs for all amounts listed.
Orders placed and paid before 4:00 PM will be delivered the next day. We always strive for this. If we are unable to do so, we will let you know or inform you in a timely manner via our website. If you choose bank transfer as your payment method, it may take longer for you to receive your order, as we normally wait for payment before shipping.

We use your information to process orders as quickly and easily as possible. We will only use this information for other purposes with your permission. Exchanges & returns

Yoga-Pilatesshop.nl makes every effort to provide you with comprehensive information about our products on our website. If an item nevertheless doesn't meet your expectations, it can be exchanged or returned.

You have a 14-day cooling-off period to return the product without giving a reason, starting on the day you receive it. You have another 14 days from the date you notify us of your return to return the product. The product can only be returned unused and, if possible, in its original packaging. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We will credit the amount within 14 days.

The entrepreneur will reimburse all payments made by the consumer, including any delivery costs charged by the entrepreneur for the returned product, without delay, but within 14 days following the day on which the consumer notified them of the withdrawal. Unless the entrepreneur offers to collect the product themselves, they may withhold reimbursement until they have received the product or until the consumer proves they have returned the product, whichever is the earliest. The entrepreneur will use the same payment method used by the consumer for the reimbursement, unless the consumer agrees to a different method. Refunds are free of charge for the consumer.

You can order 24/7 at Yoga-Pilatesshop.nl. You can choose from a wide selection, which we are constantly expanding. If you'd like to order products that you can't find on our website, please let us know. We often have access to many products and may even add them to our collection.

View order
You'll be kept informed about your order throughout the ordering process. You'll first receive an email detailing your order. This email will list the products you've ordered, their price, and the delivery address. Once you've paid for your order, you'll receive an invoice by email. Finally, you'll receive an email from us notifying you when the product is shipped.
Update your account
You can create an account with us if you wish. This is useful if you anticipate visiting us frequently and don't want to have to re-enter your information each time.
