Back pain

Do you occasionally experience back pain during daily activities? Read here how the nail mat can be used for back relief.

Place the mat on a firm, flat surface. Slowly sit down and lie completely on the mat. The small needles will soon give you a warm feeling in your upper back, followed by your entire body.

Are you experiencing lower back pain? Roll up a towel (or use a nail pillow) and place it under your knees. This will provide extra elevation for better lower back support.

If you feel any uncomfortable pain or tension in your shoulders, you can use the same towel to place it under the upper part of your back.

Try this for about 20 minutes. You'll undoubtedly feel relief from your back pain afterward!

 

Neck pain

People with neck pain often choose the spike pillow instead of the spike mat. However, a spike mat can also offer surprising benefits. If you use both the spike mat and the spike pillow, you'll get double the benefits!

If you choose to use a nail pillow, first lie down on a flat surface or find a high chair or sofa to sit on. Place your neck on the pillow and then adjust it to your comfort. We recommend using the pillow for about 20 minutes or until you feel a reduction in pain or discomfort.

If you're using a nail mat, slowly lower your body and place a rolled-up blanket or towel under your head. You can move the mat as needed and lie on it for as long as you've been using the pillow. We recommend doing this for a maximum of 40 minutes. But remember, do what feels right for you!

 

Feeling of restlessness or stress

The mat not only relaxes the body but also brings comfort and peace of mind. You can use the mat in a similar way to relieve back pain. Make sure you lie in a comfortable position that distributes your weight evenly for optimal results.

For extra comfort, you can use the mat on your bed or on the couch, as this feels a bit softer.

Once you're comfortably seated, breathe deeply and relax. You can close your eyes to focus on your breathing. It's also helpful to listen to meditation music or participate in a guided meditation. Twenty-five to 40 minutes is the ideal amount of time to reap the full healing benefits of the nail mat.

 

Energy boost

For an energy boost, it's actually important to lie on the nail mat for a short period of time. This is in contrast to the methods described above. The less time you spend on the mat, the more energetic (rather than relaxed) you'll feel in the long run.

Lie down on your mat (as described for back pain, for example) and set a timer for no longer than 20 to 25 minutes. Make sure you're comfortable. We recommend placing your mat on the floor rather than your bed or bed, especially if you're sleepy. The moment you get up, you'll feel that instant energy boost you've been longing for!

Better night's sleep

Make sure you eventually remove the mat from under you. You don't want to sleep on the mat all night. Too much of a good thing is never good!
